Description:
Graphic & Packaging Design- Develop packaging artwork, print layouts, and visual concepts for corrugated packaging and retail displays.
- Apply brand guidelines and design standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Create print-ready files and understand how design choices impact manufacturing and production.
- Work closely with structural designers to align graphics with die lines and structural requirements.
Collaboration & Customer Support- Partner with Sales, Structural Design, Operations, and Customer Service to understand project needs and deliver thoughtful solutions.
- Support customer requests by preparing mockups, proofs, and revisions.
- Participate in team reviews to share ideas and strengthen creative output.
Quality & Process- Follow prepress and production specifications to ensure files meet print and manufacturing requirements.
- Review proofs and samples to check accuracy and quality before final production.
- Maintain organized files, templates, and project assets to support workflow efficiency.
Continuous Learning- Stay up to date on packaging trends, print technologies, and design tools.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging, Visual Communication, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand application.
- Experience working with die lines, print specs, or packaging-related graphics (a plus but not required for early-career designers).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with print production, color management, or flexo/digital printing is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- A learning mindset and openness to feedback.
Salary range for this position is $54, 410 - $68, 013 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD& D, Short and Long term disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
