Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive inventory, process and/or distribute incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accessory stock to established min/max levels on an ongoing basis.
- Facilitate the return/replacement of faulty assets through warranty repair with vendors.
- Assist with asset tagging and management of inventory software.
- Coordinate the management and loading of assets into the asset tracking tool(s).
- Coordinate asset transfer to designated IT Asset Disposition Vendor.
- Coordinate pickup of recycled equipment.
- Process returned equipment from remote users which involves, but not limited to, unpacking of boxes, breaking down of boxes, scanning in the inventory into the ITAM system of record, executing diagnostics on the returned equipment, staging usable equipment back into surplus stock.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have the ability to work on-site 5 days per week at our Eagan, MN location.
