Electrical Assembly III

At Massman Automation, our Electrical Assembly III team members are more than just wire buildersthey help bring complex equipment to life. This position will also support production operations by performing moderate to complex electrical wiring andproduct assembly in the machine build process while meeting or exceeding standards for quality, productivity, and safety. This position typically works under minimal to moderate supervision What You'll Do Assemble, wire, and install electrical components on industrial machinery.Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.Route, terminate, label, and connect electrical wiring and components.Troubleshoot electrical wiring and assembly issues and identify the root cause.Use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and other diagnostic tools.Verify completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and functionality.Work closely with Engineering, Controls, Fabrication, Mechanical Assembly, and Service teams.Identify potential issues before they become production problems.Assist with machine startup, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.Help train and provide guidance to Electrical Assemblers I and II.Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.Support continuous improvement efforts and recommend improvements to electrical assembly processes.
