Landscapes Unlimited Outdoors is seeking an experienced Enhancement Manager to join our Commercial Maintenance team. The Enhancement Manager is responsible for driving the success of landscape enhancement work across our commercial maintenance portfolio. This position combines sales, estimating, production oversight, field leadership, and customer service to identify opportunities, sell profitable enhancement work, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both the operational and financial sides of the landscape industry and enjoys developing people, working with customers, and seeing projects come to life. What You'll Do Enhancement Sales & Estimating Identify enhancement opportunities within our existing commercial maintenance portfolioWork closely with Account Managers to understand customer needs and recommend property improvementsDevelop accurate and profitable estimates for landscape enhancement workPrepare and present enhancement proposalsHelp achieve annual enhancement sales and profitability goalsMaintain an active pipeline of enhancement opportunitiesEnsure enhancement work is properly scoped, estimated, and communicated before production begins Production & Operations Oversee the successful production of commercial landscape enhancement projectsSchedule enhancement crews based on workload, priorities, and customer commitmentsCoordinate labor, equipment, materials, and other resourcesPrepare clear job information for field teams before work beginsMonitor labor hours, material costs, job costs, and overall performanceReview actual performance against estimated hours and budgetsMake adjustments when necessary to protect quality and profitabilityCoordinate material purchasing and deliveriesEnsure crews have the equipment and materials needed to perform efficientlyConduct regular field visits to monitor progress and qualityEnsure completed enhancement work meets Landscapes Unlimited standards and customer expectations Team Leadership Lead, support, and develop enhancement field crews and Crew LeadersClearly communicate company expectations, procedures, safety requirements, and performance goalsProvide regular coaching, feedback, and trainingHelp identify employee strengths and opportunities for developmentAssist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training as neededMaintain appropriate staffing levels based on workloadPromote accountability, teamwork, productivity, quality, and safety Customer Service & Quality Maintain strong communication with Account Managers and customersConduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progressAddress customer concerns quickly and professionallyEnsure work meets the agreed-upon scope and customer expectationsIdentify additional opportunities to improve customer propertiesHelp strengthen customer relationships and support long-term client retention Financial Performance Understand estimated labor, materials, equipment, and overall costs associated with enhancement workMonitor job costs and production performanceManage enhancement work with a strong focus on gross margin and profitabilityCommunicate job performance with field leadershipControl labor hours, material usage, and unnecessary costsEnsure completed work is properly documented and ready for timely billingContribute to the overall financial and operational goals of the Commercial Maintenance division What We're Looking For Landscape industry experience required, preferably in commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, or landscape constructionPrevious experience leading and developing field employeesExperience managing multiple crews or projects simultaneouslyExperience estimating and selling landscape enhancement workStrong understanding of landscape production, labor, materials, and equipmentKnowledge of plants, hardscapes, irrigation, seasonal color, and landscape materialsUnderstanding of job costing, budgets, gross margin, and production performanceStrong sales and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using technology for estimating, scheduling, communication, and job trackingValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordSelf-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented What We Offer Full-time, year-round positionCompetitive compensationCompany vehicle for business useCompany-provided technology and toolsMedical insurance options for eligible employees401(k) with company matchPaid holidaysPTO and Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) in accordance with company policyEstablished commercial customer portfolioExperienced field teams and equipmentSupport from Account Management, Operations, Irrigation, and administrative teamsOpportunity to directly influence the growth and profitability of our enhancement businessCareer growth opportunities within Landscapes Unlimited Join Landscapes Unlimited We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities, sell profitable enhancement work, lead people, manage production, and deliver results our customers are proud of.
