Description:
As a Retail Stock Associate, you are responsible for maintaining operational excellence providing a great customer experience, while present on the sales floor. Contributing to the overall financial performance of the store, and performing and adhering to operational processes, including Backroom/Stockroom organization, Receiving, Merchandise Mark Out, Item Disposition, Assembly, and Fill FloorJob Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining operational excellence in the stock room including product processing and replenishmentMoves merchandise to appropriate staging locations, and maintains stockrooms in a neat, orderly, and safe mannerReplenishes sales floor multiple times per day based on business need, pulling and staging merchandise for and communicating to associates to place product on the sales floorLocates and pulls merchandise and fixtures to support sales floor resets activity Partners with team to provide great customer serviceRequired Skills: High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) requiredExperience with business operations in a retail settingAbility to lift and move 50 lbs. in weight to maintain flow of merchandiseSkilled in website navigationAbility to follow written and verbal instruction and meet deadlinesAvailability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the businessBehaviors
