Senior Finance Manager
Winfield United FP& A is seeking a strategic and results-orientedSenior Finance Managerto join our team. This role will lead financial planning and analysis for strategic growth initiatives, oversee management reporting and consolidation, support capital investment decisions, and drive high-impact special projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset. This role will lead a team of two.
This role is located in Arden Hills, MN at our Corporate Headquarters and is a hybrid work arrangement each week. Qualified internal candidates may be considered for a virtual/remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth Initiatives & Special Projects:
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and product or service expansions.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Support M& A evaluations and integration planning.
- Serve as a key finance partner for enterprise-wide initiatives and ad hoc executive requests.
Management Reporting & Consolidation:
- Oversee preparation of the consolidated periodic mid-month outlook, forecasting, annual planning, and track risk and opportunities
- Consolidate financials across business units and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Enhance reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
Capital Planning & Support:
- Evaluate capital investment proposals and support ROI analysis.
- Monitor capital project performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 9+ years of progressive finance experience finance and/or accounting experience
- Leadership experience strongly desired

- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest in talent development
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
$120, 880-$181, 320. In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
