Accounting & Finance Manager - Information Technology
Land O'Lakes is seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager to provide leadership to the Information Technology (IT) organization. This is a unique opportunity to lead both IT Accounting and FP& A functions.
This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters.Hybrid work arrangement each week.
K ey Responsibilities: - Ensure financial records for the IT organization are prepared in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), our company accounting policies, and compliance with our controls and procedures.
- Partner with IT leadership and Corporate FP& A to add value and insights from a finance and accounting perspective on strategic initiatives and business transactions.
- Manage budgeting/forecasting and monthly reporting process for IT organization, ensuring accurate, timely and efficient execution.
- Develop accounting processes for new business ventures and strategies.
- Lead the IT Accounting & Finance team and maintain high engagement through focused management, coaching, direction, and accountability for an experienced team of 4.
- Provide leadership in driving process improvements and adoption of best practices leveraging technologies to improve management reporting and accounting processes.
Experience/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting and finance related work experience required. A CPA, MBA, or CMA certification preferred.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and business analysis.
- Previous experience in Information Technology Finance/Accounting desired.
- Project Accounting experience with a focus on expense versus capitalization.
- Prior experience with Hyperion Essbase Planning, JDE applications and Power BI/App tools preferred.

$105, 040-$157, 560. In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
