JOB FUNCTION: Provide flexible, family-centered coaching, advocacy, and support services across both Housing and Economic Empowerment programs, ensuring continuity of services. Partner with individuals and families to increase housing stability, economic security, and self-sufficiency while effectively managing competing priorities, maintaining clear communication, and coordinating resources both internally and within the community.
