Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership Inc is hiring a Family Child Care Substitute Specialist - Douglas County in Moorhead, MN. This is a full-time position.
JOB FUNCTION: Prepare for and manage the daily operations of assigned family child care programs while serving as either a substitute or a second adult caregiver. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Develop positive, collaborative relationships with family child care educators. Promote awareness of available shared services and connect providers with resources that help reduce costs, save time, and support long-term program sustainability. Position will serve Family Child Care Providers in Douglas County (Alexandria Area).
