Role reports to: Sr Director Omni Performance
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Skillman, NJ. Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 25 Pay: $144, 000 - $247, 250
What you will do The Director of Omni Performance spearheads the strategic execution of integrated shopper marketing initiatives, focusing on leveraging advanced analytics to measure and enhance program effectiveness. This role involves crafting and implementing innovative marketing strategies designed to optimize the online shopping experience and drive growth in our eCommerce performance. Additionally, the Director is tasked with advancing shopper marketing tactics and pioneering future-focused in-store marketing approaches, ensuring a seamless and impactful omnichannel experience that aligns with evolving consumer expectations and technological advancements.
Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Strategic Omni-Channel Marketing Initiatives: Formulate and implement sophisticated online and digital marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive eCommerce growth.
- Drive Organic Share of Voice: Strategically shape and maintain Target's organic share of voice, staying vigilant for critical trends and opportunities to expand capabilities and drive sustainable growth.
- Leverage Advanced Analytics for Performance Optimization: Utilize cutting-edge analytics tools to meticulously assess and refine marketing programs, deriving actionable insights to elevate effectiveness and achieve superior outcomes.
- Innovate Shopper Marketing Strategies: Design and deploy forward-thinking shopper marketing initiatives that cater to evolving consumer behaviors and preferences, with a keen focus on personalized and impactful interactions.
- Cultivate and Manage Customer Relationships: Build and nurture robust customer relationships through targeted marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive and personalized experience that fosters loyalty and drives sustained growth.
- Pioneer Future-Focused In-Store Marketing Solutions: Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies to advance in-store marketing strategies, aligning with the latest industry developments and consumer expectations.
- Drive Growth Opportunities with Target: Collaborate with Target to identify and exploit new growth avenues, integrating insights and strategies to enhance market presence and achieve long-term success.
- Monitor Industry Trends and Innovations: Stay at the forefront of industry developments and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to continuously refine strategies, drive innovation, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Offer strategic guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional development and fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the team.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years work experience. With related experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience working in a global/regional function and matrix environment.
• Ability to organize large data set and position them into insights.
• Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus.
Desired Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of Target merchandising, marketing and Roundel Media.
• Customer Strategy or multi-channel experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and influence prowess.
• Zeal for innovation and digitization. Knowledge of logistics systems and automation tools.
• Demonstrated impact in roles requiring orchestration and influence; collaborative, influence-based leadership approach.
What's in it for you • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144, 000 - $247, 250. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
