What you will do The Associate Manager would be responsible for powering our digital insights and analytics across the entire Kenvue portfolio at Target with the goal of fueling aggressive eCommerce growth at a priority Omni Retailer in the US. This candidate would be leading the strategic development of our team's digital insights hub inclusive of evolving the eCommerce Health of Business scorecards and designing customer-facing e-category management insights to influence action with our customer stakeholders. This candidate would be joining a dynamic Omni team that is uniquely positioned to shape and influence strategies across the digital path to purchase, working collaboratively across functions, brands, and external partners to create industry leading insights and activations for our customers. Responsibilities will also include leading presentations, influencing stakeholders and being at the forefront of our digital journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of Target Health of Business - developing and evolving dynamic customer eCommerce scorecards and diagnostic tools to influence our digital strategy and activations real time across digital shelf, e-category management, and retail media. Organize, analyze, and draw conclusions from multiple data sources to independently identify trends and provide insights-based recommendations to enhance results.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in 6P data-based "story telling" and own our reporting and commentary process through all levels of the organization, internally and externally. Leverage the suite of digital analytics available through our retail ecosystem to quickly uncover the insight and opportunity.
- Support in Target Ecomm Forecasting Process- working collaboratively with our Customer Development, Shopper Marketing and Finance Partners to stand up a monthly forecasting process that is rooted in advanced analytics and consumption-based performance tracking.
- Work collaboratively with our Digital Shelf teams to measure and optimize our content health and share of shelf across our power codes and item segmentation strategy.
- Create impactful insight-based e-category strategies and presentations - standing up quarterly deep dives centered around digital landscape trends, online 6P fundamentals such as taxonomy as well as future-focused capabilities to influence site merchandising on the online site experience and growth opportunities.
- Consult with our Customer Development teams to best embed digital insights into their everyday ways of working with the customer.
- Display Strong digital acumen and understanding of tools such as POL, IRI, Profitero, Flywheel, Pacvue, Stackline and Salsify will be required to stand up measurement scorecards for the customer and internal stakeholders when required.
- Serve as a change agent within the Omni eCommerce channel assessing rising needs, driving strategies that enhance collaborative efforts, and devising innovative capabilities/solutions that result in increased sales, profit and/or business productivity.
What we are looking forRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- +3 years of experience in years of experience in eCommerce analytics, digital insights/digital shelf or related roles is required
- Demonstrated experience working with digital shelf analytics, eCommerce scorecards, or retailer-specific insight
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, storytelling, and insight generation using 6P/online fundamentals

What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$110.500, 00 - $156.000, 00
