Summary/Objective The ERP Analyst will provide support for the continued implementation, maintenance, and development of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system across the entire Indelco Plastics - Flow Control Group footprint. This includes maintaining business process redesign and documentation as needed for new and existing technology. Coordinate resolution with external support and/or internal IT personnel.
Essential Functions - Thoroughly understand business procedures to develop and maintain automated processes
- Provide post-implementation support for MS Dynamics 365 Business Central at various company locations
- Identify Key Business Process Improvements
- Document MS Dynamics 365 Business Central processes and promote standardization of those processes
- Provide MS Dynamics 365 Business Central New User Training
- Comfortable working in Object Designer
- Identify Professional Development Needs of the MS Dynamics 365 Business Central End Users
- Assist with master data management execution
- Actively participate in new feature Integrations, testing, and deployment
- Ensure the on-time delivery of projects
- Work with ERP system users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup
- Partner with the ERP systems Integrator to help with areas of Implementation and integration.
Qualifications - 5+ Years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Fundamental understanding of BC processes and their dependencies within the application, including finance, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, and customer service
- Background in SQL databases is a plus
- Data migration and implementation experience is also a plus
- Self-starter, ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- End User Training and Support experience
- Undergraduate degree in a Computer Science-related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders
- Understanding of various business data domains (e.g., Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply-chain)

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel Some travel is expected for this position.
Preferred Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field preferred
