About Your Role Under the direction of the Territory Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales execution and account management within a defined portfolio. This role owns the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, including prospecting, quoting, contract coordination, and customer onboarding. The Inside Sales Representative partners closely with internal teams while leveraging CRM tools and data insights to expand existing relationships, generate new business, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Assist with other duties as assigned. Sales & Account Ownership: Owns and grows a portfolio of transactional and growth-oriented accounts by executing proactive outreach, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth through new sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Pipeline & Revenue Development: Identifies, qualifies, and converts new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, and disciplined pipeline management aligned with regional sales objectives. Full Sales Cycle Execution: Manages the end-to-end sales process, including needs assessment, pricing strategy, quote preparation, proposals, contract coordination, order execution, and post-sale follow-up. Customer Engagement & Retention: Builds long-term customer relationships through consistent communication, value-based selling, and ongoing account monitoring to identify risks, opportunities, and retention strategies. Sales Operations & Data Integrity: Maintains accurate customer, pricing, and opportunity data within CRM and ERP systems to support forecasting accuracy, reporting, and strategic planning. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partners with operations, logistics, finance, and credit teams to resolve order, delivery, billing, and account-related issues while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Supervisory Responsibilities The position does not have any regular responsibility for overseeing or supervising the work of other team members. Minimum Qualifications Three (3) years of inside sales or account management experience in a dynamic environment Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of customers and driving revenue growth Experience developing quotes, managing pricing, and maintaining accurate CRM data Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into sales Experience communicating product value and guiding customers through the sales process Strong proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Working Conditions The work environment is primarily an office-based or hybrid setting and includes frequent interaction with customers and internal teams through phone, email, video conferencing, and CRM systems. This position requires prolonged periods of computer use, including viewing screens and using keyboards and pointing devices, as well as frequent verbal and written communication. The role involves managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with regular interruptions and shifting demands. Periodic increases in workload may occur due to seasonal demand, sales campaigns, or business needs. Minimal travel may be required for trade shows, training, or customer engagement.
