As a seasoned environmental professional, your expertise is pivotal to safeguarding wetlands and guiding sustainable infrastructure. In this Senior Consultant, Lead Wetland role, based in Minneapolis, you’ll play a strategic part in helping clients meet complex environmental regulations, protect vulnerable ecosystems, and advance projects that balance growth with ecological stewardship. Wetlands are essential ecosystems that regulate water, support biodiversity, and sustain community resilience. As a Lead Wetland Delineator, your knowledge ensures these environments are accurately evaluated and responsibly managed. Your work enables clients to move forward with compliant, sustainable development—reinforcing ERM’s mission to lead with science, integrity, and impact.
For the Senior Consultant, Lead Wetland position, the anticipated annual base pay is $79, 740–$101, 411 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
