Based in our Eden Prairie, MN location you will play a pivotal role in overseeing IT functions and processes to ensure the effective operations of our product configuration solutions team. In this key position, as an IT Manager in the production configuration solutions team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with Product Marketing and Engineering teams, manage complex product implementations, and ensure unwavering IT support for our production business systems. You will lead and mentor a team of Product Configurator Business System Analysts, oversee the programming of product data and configuration rules, and handle advanced troubleshooting. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Serve as the Key Contact for Product Modeling Projects, ensuring clear and consistent communication across the team.
  • Lead meetings with Business System Analysts to align project priorities and foster collaboration.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely product configuration support, system reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of Business System Analysts, including resource assignment and conflict resolution, while collaborating with a global team.
  • Provide technical leadership for new product system implementations and mentor employees on best practices and project management tools.

You are a results-driven IT professional with a proven track record in managing IT functions and processes within dynamic matrix organizations. For This Role, You Will Need:
  • B.S. Information Technology or Similar
  • Six (6)-Eight (8) years of related experience
  • Background in coding and supporting new product development within configurator systems
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States- sponsorship will not be provided

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $104, 576 - $119, 515 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
