Are you passionate about creating a world-class employee experience? Join our dynamic Employee Engagement team as an HR Specialist! You will work in our Shakopee, MN office and provide support to our employees. You will assist them in answering general HR questions, processing and maintaining employee records, generating reports and providing additional administrative support.


In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Provides expert frontline guidance, and support, and acts as the first point of contact for employee queries by addressing questions related to policies, HR programs, paychecks, employee records, and personal information updates.
  • Executes projects of an administrative nature which require confidentiality, considerable independent judgment and have significant impact on internal/external customers or suppliers.
  • Maintains daily contact with internal customers and/or outside customers or suppliers, and originates forms of communication with job seekers, current employees, and other visitors.
  • Acts as the liaison for the Human Resources staff by performing various support duties, such as conference or meeting planning, preparing complex and sensitive documents, or coordinating department activities.
  • Prepares queries and reports as needed for the Human Resources function, which requires extensive analysis and initiates actions based on evaluation of these reports.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED)
  • 4 years of related experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to generate and analyze
  • Prior HR experience a plus
  • Exposure to payroll, benefits, HRIS systems preferred

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $54, 000-62, 000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
