Lab Assistant - Temporary .9 FTE

We provide a professional yet fun work environment while providing a comforting and pleasant experience for our patients and guests. Lab Assistants in our Urgency Rooms do a wide variety of lab testing as well as phlebotomy. Phlebotomy experience is required for this role. This position is for a temporary, .9 FTE lab assistant with a home site in our Golden Valley Urgency Room. This temporary position is slated to start October 13th and run through February 28th, 2027. There may be the possibility of additional hours beyond that point in time but an extension will be decided by Urgency Room leadership based on need. All shifts are 10 hours, 10 am - 8 pm and will be a mixture of weekdays and every other weekend. The homebase for this role will be Golden Valley, but there may be occasional potential for shifts at our other locations in Vadnais Heights, Eagan, or Woodbury.
