Guest Services Coordinator (.8 FTE) - Straight Days

Urgency Room Guest Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all. This position is responsible for managing guest inquiries, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication between guests and healthcare providers. The ultimate goal is to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline operational processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. By fostering a welcoming environment, the Guest Coordinator helps to build trust and rapport with patients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for. This role is essential in supporting the mission of our organization to provide high-quality health care services to our communities. The main job tasks include: Greet and assist guest upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphereManage scheduled and walk-in patient interactions to ensure a seamless and positive guest experienceRespond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and supportMaintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback to improve service deliveryCollaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to guest care and satisfaction Schedule The hours of this position includes a mixture of day and evening shifts. This position will work every other weekend as well as 4 holidays per year. Day shift hours range is 7: 00am-4: 00pm and evening shift range is 1: 30pm-10: 00pm. Travel to other Urgency Room locations is required for trainings, meetings, and operational needs.
