About Us: Bernicks is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI. Job Summary: The Driver Trainee position is designed to train and develop New Team Members and assist them with attaining their Class A Drivers License. You will advance from a Driver Trainee to a Route Driver and have a designated route. Our Route Drivers work local route 4 days a week. Responsibilities: Operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policiesRotate and merchandise beverages at customer accountsComplete daily routes as scheduled, with accuracy and efficiencyLoad and unload goods safely and securelyPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsCommunicate professionally with customers and team members Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) Four, 10-hour days4: 00AM-route completionTuesday-Friday
