What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator you’ll play a key role in supporting sales efforts and ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects. You will manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process. You’ll also assist with proposals, system setup, reporting, and documentation, all while helping to identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment -both physically and mentally- for yourself, your colleagues, and customers
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
• Experience organizing and carrying out projects or tasks with multiple interrelated tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to develop relationships and build trust across all levels
• Business acumen
• Initiative and drive to deliver results
• Ability to maintain customer relations

Bonus points if you have:

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of sales support or experience with residential/business customers
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry
• Familiarity supporting technical teams
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to see the broader goals of a project and execute accordingly

Your Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8: 00AM-4: 30PM.
