What You'll Do

As an HPBX Training Specialist, you’ll deliver professional, effective training and support for customers using Hosted PBX phone systems, ensuring a smooth experience from installation to ongoing service. You will develop and deliver in-person and instructional materials, customize training based on feedback, and assist with product improvements. In addition to training, you'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain hosted and legacy PBX systems, provide technical support, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams. The role combines technical expertise, customer service, and instructional skills to help customers fully understand and maximize their communication solutions

What You'll Bring

• Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment -both physically and mentally- for yourself, your colleagues, and customers
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry

• Basic telecommunications knowledge

• Valid Class D driver's license

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general desktop/laptop operations

• Excellent customer service, communication (written, oral, and listening), and organizational skills

• Proven training/presentation abilities and project management skills

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to new technology and products

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Bonus points if you have:

• Associate degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 + years of experience with phone systems

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs

Your Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8: 00AM-4: 30PM.
