Seasonal Production Employee

Arrowhead Promotion is seeking seasonal production employees. This role performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtains and sorts products.Places parts or pieces in specified relationship to each other.Wraps protective material around product.Works at different workstations as production needs require.Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.Labels containers, container tags, or products.Packs special arrangements or selections of product as prescribed by specification sheet and/or supervisor for shipping/mailing per paperwork.Palletize bags/tray/cartons for movement to loading area.Additional duties as assigned.Ability to complete job with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Must be able to learn and understand packing, assembly, and mail preparation requirements for mailing/shipping of items. Must maintain a clean, safe work area by keeping it neat and free of clutter. Must display a positive attitude and show a willingness to be a part of a working team. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship. Other Skills and Abilities: May also be required to learn and operate the following: hand taper, pallet jack, burster, L-bar sealer/heat tunnel, pallet wrapper, taping machine, folder, cold seal packaging system, cardboard baler. Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7- 3: 30pm or 8am - 4: 30pm, 40 hours per week. This is a seasonal position and is scheduled to be complete by December 18, 2026. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to reach and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50.
