About the RoleWe are hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of duties related to repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This role supports both the plant floor and building infrastructure and is essential to keeping operations running safely and smoothly.The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Facilities Director. Shift is Monday-Friday 2P-10: 30P. Key Responsibilities• Troubleshoot and repair building and production equipment using PLC, electrical, and mechanical expertise• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service on equipment• Support new equipment installation and equipment modifications• Maintain physical property, including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and major repairs• Maintain walkways, entryways, and general facility upkeep• Assist the Facilities Director in developing maintenance priorities• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment• Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsRequired High school diploma or GED Three or more years of experience in industrial maintenance Electrical skills with an understanding of PLCs Working knowledge of preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work orders Comfortable using computers for documentation and troubleshooting Proficient written and verbal communication in English Preferred Formal training in an electrical or mechanical field Working Environment & Physical Requirements• Work performed indoors in a climate-controlled office and production environment• Some areas may involve exposure to hazardous conditions; required PPE is provided• Ability to move equipment and furniture and lift at least 50 lbs• Occasional work on the production floor with standard manufacturing environmental conditions Why Join All Flex?• Stable, growing employer with opportunities to advance• Work in a high-tech, mission-driven manufacturing environment• Supportive team culture and hands-on training• Competitive pay with potential annual bonus and profit-sharing• Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage• Health savings account with company match• Retirement plan with employer contributions (Vanguard)• Granite Assistance Fund for employees needing financial support• Generous paid time off, volunteer time off, and paid holidays Equal Opportunity EmployerAll Flex Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
