Resident Specialist - FT

SUMMARY: Resident Specialists will be the first staff at point of entry for our Detroit Veterans Housing Program. Resident Specialists will provide oversight, safety, guidance, and support to our residents, guests, volunteers, and staff located throughout the building. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that residents have a supportive, safe, and healthy experience during their time in our program. Resident Specialists will work directly with case managers, kitchen staff, facilities, and the program manager to ensure day-to-day operations and activity. SCHEDULE: 3rd Shift / Overnights - 9: 30pm - 7: 30am (4 10-hour shifts a week)May require weekend and/or holiday shiftsMay be required to assist with scheduling shortages when needed
