The Security & Bank Secrecy Act Analyst will assist with administering the Bank's Security and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Programs.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Reviewing and preparing reports related to currency transactions.
  • Reviewing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reports.
  • Conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on customers.
  • Reviewing system generated BSA / AML alerts.
  • Investigating and reporting fraudulent activity to the BSA Officer and working with law enforcement.
  • Assisting with managing key and card access.
  • Maintaining security equipment.
  • Process garnishments, levies, and subpoenas.

Desired Skills:

This position requires:

  • Two-year associate’s degree or equivalent work experience or a combination of both. Banking experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, and analytical skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information;
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Experience in banking operations, risk management, or security preferred;
  • Utilizing hands & arms;
  • Ability to talk & hear.
