Flowform Specialist

About the Role

Amsted Automotive, Shelby Twp, is seeking a Flowforming Specialist.

Shift Times:

• Day Shift: 7: 00 AM to 3: 00 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 3: 00 PM to 11: 00 PM (15% shift premium)

• Midnight Shift: 11: 00 PM to 7: 00 AM (15% shift premium)

What You’ll Do

• Advanced troubleshooting of flowforming operations

• Troubleshoot dimensional issues

• Read and understand blueprints

• Read and understand inspection reports

• Understand machine functions

• Understand process flow

• Understand part programming

• Basic knowledge of programming new parts

• Apply process-of-elimination techniques

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience in a fast-paced, automotive manufacturing environment

• Excellent communication skills for interaction with the workforce

• Willingness and ability to work necessary overtime if required
