Project Planner II

The Project Planner II supports the project team by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules that drive successful project execution. This role coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor progress, manage schedule changes, and communicate impacts to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain master project schedules using Microsoft Project, aligned with scope, milestones, and sub-schedules. Integrate engineering, procurement, installation, vendor, and other sub-schedules into a cohesive master plan. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define task durations, dependencies, and resource needs. Monitor project performance against baseline schedules and analyze variances and trends. Perform critical path and look-ahead analyses to identify risks, bottlenecks, and upcoming activities. Prepare and distribute schedule reports highlighting progress, upcoming work, and schedule risks. Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule-related inquiries and support project decisionmaking. Facilitate schedule reviews and cross-functional meetings to align priorities and resources. Support preparation of customer documentation, including final schedule handovers. Promote adherence to scheduling best practices and continuous process improvement. Performs other duties as assigned.
