Job Description
TGW Systems Inc is hiring a HRIS Analyst in Grand Rapids, MI. This is a full-time position.
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and optimization of TGW's Human Resources Information Systems, including UKG Ready and SAP SuccessFactors. This role serves as the primary technical resource for the HR systems, supporting system configuration and optimization, reporting and analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations through efficient use of technology. The HRIS Analyst partners closely with global technology teams to ensure enterprise HR technology solutions effectively support and address local HRIS needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as primary subject matter expert for UKG Ready, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR technology platforms. Configures, maintains, and optimizes HR system workflows, processes, permissions, and selfservice functionality to support evolving business needs. Develops and maintains comprehensive reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Leads local and supports global HR system upgrades and implementations, ensuring successful deployment of new functionality and processes. Collaborates with cross-functional business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow automation, and enhanced utilization of HR technology. Develops and maintains system documentation, work instructions, and training guides, and conducts end-user training. Troubleshoots system, process, data, and user issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as required to reach resolutions. Conducts regular audits of system data, maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Supports HR initiatives, including performance management, compensation planning, talent management, workforce planning, compliance reporting, and other strategic projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
