Description:

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Benefits Administrator to work in our fast-paced Global Business and Technology Center located in Plymouth, MI. As the Corporate Benefits Administrator, you will support our Corporate Benefits team with the administration of health, welfare, and 401(k) benefits.

You Will:

  • Complete audits, reporting, invoicing, tracking, and system testing for benefit plan administration.
  • Process various benefits forms/requests.
  • Monitor/input employee insurance premium payments and administer the arrears process.
  • Address and resolve issues tied to payroll processing and carrier interfacing.
  • Assist with Leave of Absence (LOA) administration.
  • Oversee Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSOs) Process
  • Support various responsibilities related to the annual Open Enrollment process, other benefits initiatives, and implementations.

You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience administering benefits.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, are driven and take initiative (required).
  • Ability to travel during Open Enrollment and/or other benefits initiatives.
  • Experience with SAP and Workday (preferred).
