Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the MPC-wide OnDemand Commercial Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key packaging customers
  • Manage national accounts and cultivate long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and account teams to align on customer strategies and execution
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the retail supply chain


Essential Job Functions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Menasha's products and capabilities to align with customer business objectives
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers to deliver tailored retail supply chain solutions
  • Conduct account business planning to develop mutually beneficial strategies that support profitable growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
  • Recommend solutions to optimize retail supply chain execution and efficiency
  • Manage the business development process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee project timelines and communicate progress to ensure key milestones are met
  • Contribute to annual sales planning and quarterly forecasting to meet revenue targets
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to deliver cost savings and operational enhancements
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to inform pricing and positioning strategies
  • Prepare and analyze business reports to support decision-making
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices through ongoing professional development


Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Primarily office-based with frequent travel required
  • Valid driver's license required
