You will serve as a premier field technician resolving complex mechanical heating and cooling issues across residential and commercial jobsites. How You Will Make an Impact
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
- Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance routines to maximize client equipment efficiency.
- Evaluate diagnostic results on-site to recommend optimal technical solutions or equipment upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive records of service reports, equipment readings, and material usage.
- Execute system repairs safely following strict local codes and safety procedures.
- Ensure maximum client satisfaction by delivering professional communication on every call.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical HVAC service and repair.
- Strong background performing complex repairs on residential or commercial heating and cooling equipment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to various client locations.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and digital troubleshooting interface packages.
- Specialized manufacturer service certifications or advanced technical training credentials.
- Proven track record of explaining technical service options clearly to residential and commercial customers.
