Maximus is seeking an experienced RSA Archer Engineer to join our team to manage and enhance our RSA Archer systems that support the business-critical operations.

About the Role:

As an RSA Archer Engineer, you will be at the forefront of managing, implementing, and optimizing RSA Archer solutions. Your expertise will drive the seamless integration of RSA Archer with other applications, ensuring data accuracy, user accessibility, and robust reporting capabilities. You'll play a key role in training and supporting users, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering insights that empower decision-making.

Work focuses on installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers and/or personal computing devices including:

-Meeting end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the computers managed within established budgets and operational guidelines.

-Acquiring, installing, and upgrading computer components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problems.

-Automating routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement.

-Support the installation and management of the RSA Archer system.

-Partner with security and infrastructure teams to maintain system availability.

-Assist with the implementation of RSA Archer and the eventual migration from HHS' current incident management system

-Support Archer applications to accommodate business requirements and/or design changes

-Troubleshoot data feed integration, stakeholder notifications, and reporting requirements

-Provide extensive knowledge of RSA Archer. Train Archer users on the use of the tool as appropriate. Support SGRC/Archer A& A users to understand and navigate the process and terminology

-Manage SGRC/Archer user accounts. Perform bulk user upload and single user account creation. Provide SGRC/Archer users with technical support

-Transfer data to other applications for reporting purposes.

-Export/Import privacy data into SGRC/Archer ingestible templates.

-Integrate other software/applications with Archer.

-Assist OpDivs and system users on how to perform the process of data import into SGRC/Archer and exporting meaningful reports to management stakeholders.

-Assist in validating data fields for use in the import process

Minimum Requirements

TCS219, T3, Band 6

Project Specific Required Experience:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (+2 years).

-5+ years of relevant RSA Archer engineering/development experience.

-5+ years of engineering/development experience

-Strong understanding of software development frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps)

Certification(s):

• RSA Archer certification preferred.

• Industry standard cybersecurity certification, e.g. CCSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP preferred.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
