Job Summary The Residential Services Specialist (RSS) at Kustom will be equipped with Matterport technology to capture detailed 3D models of disaster-impacted properties. This roleinvolves executing scanning processes and engaging with prospects to secure authorizations for reconstruction services. The RSS plays a key role in sales, leveragingthe unlimited commission plan for a lucrative sales career. Responsibilities The Residential Services Specialist will perform the following duties, along with anyadditional responsibilities as assigned: Property Scanning: Utilize Matterport to scan properties, producing interactive 3D models.Capture comprehensive photos for damage assessment and reconstruction estimation. Prospect Engagement and Sales: Initiate and nurture engagements with prospects, showcasing Kustoms restoration services.Employ sales strategies to obtain signed Authorizations to Proceed. Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Kustoms residential services.Address inquiries and concerns, emphasizing Kustoms commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications Skills and Abilities: Expertise in Matterport for property scanning.Strong sales and communication skills.Comprehensive knowledge of Kustoms service offerings. Work Environment This position requires travel to various locations for property scanning and prospect engagement.
