V Red (Visual) experience
Adobe (very likely baked in with the others)

Outside software - teaching experience at company or college
Willingness to travel - not just support design studio

In House Trainer/Design/Modeling

Personality/soft skills - teaching the biggest one

All creative automotive / industrial design background - members of current team

In office position, 4 days in office, 1 day at home.

At least 3-5 years minimum.
