Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Site Manager in supervising and coordinating daily operations. Lead, train, and coach crew members to ensure top performance and teamwork. Ensure all customers receive high-quality service and satisfaction. Support scheduling, performance tracking, and operational improvements. Help monitor equipment, supplies, and inventory to maintain efficiency. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism. Lead by example with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving. Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred). 13 years of experience in retail, customer service, or leadership roles. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications (preferred). Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Work Environment & Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, and manage operations throughout shifts. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
