As an IPM Intern, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact our business. Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform data analysis to identify patterns, insights, and opportunitiesPrepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholdersAssist in problem-solving by analyzing complex issues and developing practical solutionsCollaborate with team members to achieve project goals and support a positive team environmentUse the Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentationsManage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasksAdapt to changing priorities and project requirementsApply critical thinking to evaluate information and make informed decisionsSupport project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring Required Qualifications Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldMust have completed at least 2 years of education, entering Junior year or beyond Experience No prior professional experience required; internship or project experience is a plus Knowledge/Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong time management and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis tools and techniquesFamiliarity with project management methodologiesActive involvement in extracurricular activities or relevant organizations Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Standard office environmentAbility to sit for extended periodsOccasional lifting of light materials
