Because of this growth, we are searching for new talent to be part of our hard-working and highly motivated team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct sales and customer service through maintaininga properly stocked, organized, uncluttered, safe, and inviting store environment. Promote work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, including greeting customers warmly when they enter. Comply withestablished state, local and companypoliciesand procedures. Stayingup-to-datewith new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trendsin order toprovide the highest level of customer service. Educate customers about a variety of cannabis products including flower, edibles, and concentrates, providing information on cannabis products based on customer needs/requests. Advising customers on proper safety measures to follow when consuming cannabis. Maintain and use completely and accurately (POS) and METRC systems for all in-store, online, and phone orders. Handle completely andaccuratelycash and discount application. Verify proper paperwork, documentation and ID of all customers.
