Position Summary

Senior Inside Sales Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing sales performance through front-line customer support and strategic pricing analysis, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers while optimizing pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Position will directly report to the Customer Care Manager and will interact with all levels of Division Management team and functional front-line leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order issues, and service requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Analyze pricing data, market trends, and competitor pricing to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to improve margin performance.
• Assist in the preparation of pricing proposals and quotes for customers.
• Monitor pricing compliance and identify discrepancies or opportunities for optimization.
• Support cross-functional initiatives related to pricing strategy and profitability.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, commercial operations, preferably in industrial distribution or manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (CloudSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial products, distribution channels, and B2B pricing dynamics.
• Experience managing rebates, SPAs, and distributor programs.
• Familiarity with cost-plus, value-based, and market-based pricing models.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Standard office environment with occasional travel to distribution centers or customer locations.
• Hybrid or remote options available depending on business needs.
