Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Consolidating and standardizing product data (SKUs, descriptions, attributes, pricing, inventory) from various sources.
  • Channel Syndication: Distributing consistent, rich product content to e-commerce sites, marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy), and social media.
  • Product Enrichment: Partnering with Marketing team to add high-quality visuals (images, videos) and detailed information to create compelling product pages.
  • Process Automation: Streamlining workflows for adding new products, updating information, and managing promotions.
  • Performance Analysis: Using data to understand how catalog content affects sales and customer behavior.


Operational Impact:
  • Improved Customer Experience: Accurate info reduces hesitation and returns, while rich content aids purchase decisions.
  • Increased Efficiency: Automates tasks, saving time and reducing manual errors.
  • Omnichannel Consistency: Ensures a uniform brand message across all customer touchpoints.
  • Sales Growth: Effective organization and presentation drive conversions and support cross-selling/upselling.

  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Technical proficiency with cataloging software & databases
  • BI (Business Analytics) tools (Phocas)
  • Automation tools (transaction automation - UNFORMS)
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent communication with marketing, sales, purchasing and IT teams.


Experience & Systems:
  • PIM (Product Information Management)
  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • DAM ( Digital Asset Management)
  • E-commerce Platforms & Marketplaces: Kodaris and/or other eCommerce platforms


Experience & Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
