Summary

Performs production duties and also assists other team members to answer question about

production processes and provides training as directed.

Job Duties

• Follow all safety requirements
• Assists and answers questions from other team members in the manufacturing process
• Demonstrates leadership skills and effectively trains others team members as directed
• Responsible to ensure team members are following instructions and safety rules
• Models' good teamwork, safety and manufacturing process.
• Follow and support company IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 policies, procedures and work instructions
• Performs assembly on parts on the assembly line for light industrial manufacturing
• Ensure each line has the correct material loaded on time for production
• Able to read part numbers and show distinction between part numbers
• Work within a team environment
• Work overtime as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Ability to train/supervise others effectively
• Demonstrated strong capability of knowledge and performance on manufacturing processes
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors
• Follows all safety rules and procedures
• Basic Math, Reading & Comprehension Skills required

Working Conditions

• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day with frequent walking, bending, twisting and
• reaching
• Wearing required PPE in a manufacturing environment
