Field Superintendent

Dukes is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead safe, productive, and high-quality field operations across multiple projects, crews, and field work locations. In this hands-on leadership role, you will translate project plans into daily priorities, develop field leaders, remove obstacles to production, and help ensure every job meets our safety, quality, customer, and operating standards. This position is based out of our Plymouth, MI regional office. This is a primarily field-based position requiring regular travel between active project locations. The role includes exposure to construction sites, municipal infrastructure, traffic, operating equipment, confined-space environments, variable weather, temperature extremes, humidity, and noise. Occasional evenings, weekends, overtime, and emergency-response work may be required. The position regularly involves standing, walking, climbing, communicating, inspecting operations, and operating company vehicles, with occasional lifting and carrying of equipment, supplies, or materials.
