Responsibilities: - Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention - Maintain a clean and organized workout environment Skills: - Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and anatomy - Experience in personal training and program design - Ability to effectively coach and motivate individuals or groups - Understanding of body mechanics and proper form during exercises - Knowledge of physical education principles If you are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, have a strong background in exercise science, and possess excellent sales skills, we would love to hear from you. Job Type: Part-time Schedule Requirements: Saturdays: 4: 30 AM - 12: 00 PM or 12: 00 PM - 8: 00 PM Sundays: 12: 00 PM - 8: 00 PM Availability Expectations: Employees will submit their availability on a monthly basis. A minimum of two shifts per month is required. At least one shift must be the 4: 30 AM Saturday shift. Additional Opportunities: Occasional weekday shifts may be available to provide coverage for full-time staff during scheduled vacations and will be communicated with advanced notice.
