What you’ll achieve

As a Group HR Cost Controlling Specialist you will be part of our highly successful HR Cost Controlling and Rewarding team, utilising your analytical skills to provide data and indications about the Personnel costs, to enhance the Company’s decision-making and strategies.

Working with a highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Plan and control labor costs including definition management, consolidation and monitoring of the annual budget and subsequent revision phases
  • Preparation of reports on personnel costs and monitoring of results and data updating within Workday
  • Management of the calculation of incentives and bonuses
  • Working across multiple countries reconciling labor costs with P& L and monitor the correct mapping in alignment with both Local and Group Accounting

Essential Requirements

  • Experienced in a similar role and in data set manipulation and analysis
  • Expert level MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in Italian & English
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good experience working within a multinational/international business working across multiple countries
