What you’ll achieve

As a General Ledger Accountant you will be part of our highly successful accounting team, in our Shared Service Center, to guarantee the coherence and timing of the consolidation financial statements.

Working with a highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Prepare journal entries (i.e, cost provision, revenue accrual, FA depreciation, payroll, loan interest, Intercompany entries)
  • Reconcile financial statements, Costs and revenues
  • Reconcile vendor, customer and GL accounts
  • Raise intercompany invoices
  • Enters JE into accounting software and verifies accurate accounts and amounts are entered.
  • Perform the MONTH and YEAR END activities
  • Other ad hoc activities in the area of general Ledger (e.g. reporting activities)

Essential Requirements

  • Former experience in Finance/accounting position is required
  • Understanding of accounting practice
  • Microsoft Office suite experience with proficiency in Excel
  • Required language: Italian and English proficient
  • Knowledge of French or German is a plus
  • ERP knowledge, Microsoft D365 Knowledge is a plus
