Description:

Position Summary:
  • Support warranty leads with warranty return parts processing and testing
  • Assist with warranty part root cause analysis
  • Support customer warranty parts reviews (on-sight at OEM with warranty lead )
  • Assist with the migration from a SharePoint-based return log to the enterProj PRS


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist team in identifying process improvements
  • Performs the basic mechanical testing on a variety of product types or components involving programming and running test lab equipment while following written procedures, methods, and/or instructions
  • Prepares samples for testing, conducts tests, maintains records of work performed, summarizes and reports results
  • May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other that those specified in this description
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed and directed by manager


Education and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent follow-up skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, as well as technical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate complex/technical information in a clear matter
  • Suggest improvements to improve efficiency of the team
  • Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations, as necessary


Work Environment/Work Conditions:
  • General office environment and manufacturing facility
  • Personal protective equipment is required on the production floor
  • Equipment used requires proper training on the potential for and avoidance of injury
