Location: Dundee, MI
Shift: Night Shift | 7: 00 PM – 7: 30 AM
Pay Rate: $20.25/hour
Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotation (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)

Clean Tech is seeking experienced Production Operator to join our plastics recycling facility in Dundee, Michigan. In this role, you will operate and maintain recycling equipment to support efficient operations and promote environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely monitor and operate plastic recycling equipment

• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

• Lead process changeovers, quality inspections, and production tracking

• Supply production lines with high-quality raw materials to produce premium post-consumer resin

• Operate forklifts to transport materials as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Forklift experience required

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to stand, walk, and use ladders and stairs throughout the shift
