HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a
District Manager to work at a customer location in
Dearborn, MI and to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible to lead, innovates, coaches and mentors with overall responsibility for the profitability, growth and management of multiple business units and/or a region. Fosters and creates optimal strategies and conditions to facilitate strong individual and team performance. Fosters and develops a culture aligned with the Company's Health & Safety objectives through active management and mentorship of Branch Managers and other direct reports; assess depth of talent and expertise in region; identify strategies to effectively manage resources. Ensures efficient administration of contracts and ongoing customer and employee satisfaction by streamlining processes and removing barriers; being responsible for customer service and customer relationships to promote growth; partnering with internal departments and other stakeholders (i.e., Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, etc.) as required. Increases revenue and profitability by leveraging business opportunities to grow revenue; foster a winning culture; ensures business strategies are translated into actionable plans and that team members are engaged and achieving or exceeding results. E nsures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services. The
District Manager serves as representative of
HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.
