Your Role
As a Master Diesel Mechanic, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet and our customers' vehicles operating safely and reliably at our Bear Lake Service Center.
In this role, you'll:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on Company vehicles and commercial customer equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the most effective repair solutions.
- Complete scheduled maintenance based on work orders and inspections.
- Ensure the necessary tools, parts, and supplies are available for each job.
- Order specialty parts and help maintain parts inventory when needed.
- Communicate directly with customers to provide repair updates, answer questions, and deliver excellent service.
- Maintain accurate repair records and work efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime.
