What You'll Do
As a Lubricant Technician, you'll help keep our customers safely on the road by providing quick, quality vehicle maintenance with exceptional customer service. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create customers who return again and again.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and recommend services based on their vehicle's needs.
- Perform oil changes, replace oil and lubricant filters, and complete basic preventative maintenance services.
- Inspect the undercarriage and visually check key vehicle components.
- Work safely from a service pit or elevated vehicle lift.
- Process customer payments and accurately complete transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times.
- Work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly, and dependable service.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude or automotive experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
This position based in Manistee, Michigan. Saturday availability is required to support our busiest service times.
