Qualifications & Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Applications, or Business Administration.

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile SAFE are preferred.

• 10-15 years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably in large-scale ERP transformations.
Required Skills
• Strong SAP functional expertise, especially in S/4HANA modules.

• Proven experience in managing global digital transformation programs.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence without authority.

• Strong business acumen and digital mindset.

• Experience in managing vendors, consultants, and cross-cultural teams.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
